Here is something you might wish to play with, the NPC simulator: http://www.npcsimulator.com/

Very weird -- when I tried it out, it really does simulate some of the more ridiculous comments I've read on forums.

And once again, I just shake my head. People who are clever enough to develop something like this --  why can't they use their talents for something more constructive?

Just tried it out. Spooky because 8 years ago, a Lib "friend" said the following, nearly word for word, after I called Odumbo a 'socialist'.

Just remembering an Irish pub I used to go to watch soccer and have a meal. They made a damn right Monte Cristo sandwich.

Aren't those the deep fried sammiches?

Few slabs of bacon would make it interesting. Chuckle

Because anything more constructive would take an amount of work, patience and TIME that many just aren't willing to part with. It's a society of instant gratification, unfortunately.

You raise a valid point. But don't things like this also take work, patience and time to develop?

But the part about people being addicted to instant gratification -- yep! And part of that is the way much of technology is designed -- where so much of the internet is begging us to "like" stuff or "friend" people. Geez -- doesn't this smack of desperation?

Utterly agree, it does take work, patience and time to develop, and in many cases, with a high risk of failure depending on the project.

Smack of desperation? Yes, now that you mention it, it does. A "look at me!" projection by those unwilling to look past the screens of their phones for anything worthwhile outside of an app. Very good point, Ritz.
