WSJ - Gun Maker can be Sued for Sandy Hook

"The gun industry suffered a potentially significant legal setback Thursday when the Connecticut Supreme Court said that a leading maker of AR-15 rifles can be held legally responsible for marketing practices that allegedly made the semiautomatic gun the weapon of choice for mass shooters."

The suit is based on advertising language. It is illegal to advertise anything as " good for killing enemies in combat." Self defense is OK, but having or eliminating enemies, even the suggestion of it, is illegal. Loopholes, you know. I expect that they will win a nine-digit sum before too long.
