Thai is my all time fav.. And my city is full of Thai restaurants, we even have a Thai town, next to China town. It's the most popular take away.. Suits out climate.. I always know the best places to go to as well, realy authentic spice and flavour.. When my best gal pal comes from interstate we go for it.. Thai food explosion..

Got the kids coming over for the day.

Probably going to whip up some meatballs and throw sausages into a sauce in the crock pot. Let it cook on high for 4 or 5 hours and then skim the grease and add some tomato paste to thicken it.

Dunno yet. It may be pork stir fry with rice. I have some that needs to be used in the next couple of days or it'll go bad.
