I had chicken in a biscuit crackers with spray cheese and then a bowl of fruit loops.

Your dinner sounds good too. Too much work for me today though. Lol. I needed easy food.

Is your foot broken?  If so, that is not good.  Personally, I've been worried about some stairs here.  They are old and not in the best shape.  The only good thing is they are only 4 steps top to bottom.

Yes it's broken. Cracked a bone in the arch area on my right foot and did some damage to other areas. It's not that bad. I broke the same foot in the same area 10 years ago when I ran down the stairs and landed on a hot wheel. Walked around for 3 months before I went to the doctor. Lol. I've got a boot on now, appt with foot doc next week.

Get your stairs fixed. Don't risk it. We both got lucky. It isn't far to fall but we couldve landed wrong, slammed down on the stairs and broken our backs or cracked our heads open. We had this problem once before and slapped it together ourselves. Problem was it was raining often the last couple weeks and the wood was soft. Two people, over 300 lbs going down the stairs at once made it break off from the deck. We're getting it rebuilt next week.

Wow! I am sorry to hear about your foot. You must have gone to the doctor and had an x-ray. I have have broken toes and it screws me up so bad, that I have trouble doing whatever work or activities I want to. Geeze I have two sets of stairs out on the deck that are perfect candidates for this type of abuse. Where I am at, if you hurt yourself good luck. If you have a heart attack then good luck. The nearest hospital is 18 miles away over a mountain range. There is no local EMT. Except the volunteer fire department has two people trained as EMT's. An emergency trip to the hospital is probably the helicopter "flight for life". They will bring that out and take someone to the hospital MASH style.

Hopefully through all of this you did not step on a nail and puncture your foot. Otherwise a tetanus shot is needed. Heartflowers

Clove oil delivery is moved to Saturday but I have been able to manage the infection and pain with a bit of bourbon. I was even able to have chicken alfredo for supper  Cheer

You can also smash up aspirin or tylenol and pack it into a hole in the tooth..if there is one.

Clove oil is definitely the best. Glad you're getting some soon. I hope you're doing alright today. Toothaches and abcesses are the absolute worst. I think I'd rather deal with a gunshot wound or giving birth.

It's better today with the clove oil. Is it supposed to burn? Oh well, rather have that little burn. I forgot how nasty cloves are Scream1 4 ounces will be plenty til I get to the dentist next month.

It usually burns. Cloves are nasty. Yuck. It works though. I make sure I always have some around. Glad it's better today! Heartflowers
I am an evil giraffe, and I shall eat more leaves from this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die.

Had the same again!

Made coconut ice cream this evening!

Now going through the fridge to cook what has to be cooked - so it looks like banana and almond cake is next to cook!

While that is cooking then decides on what's next!

Taken some pots out of the freezer to make room for the ice cream - so will enjoy the surprise of those tomorrow!

It's time to eat what is in the freezer so that I can put new in it!

I have an abundance of left over steak... and the question is "what to do with it?"

Carne Asada Burrito? Chimichangas? Or maybe a good ol' fashioned steak sammy?

Help me out here. I'm sooo confused.... but I can go to the store.
