Wwwelllll ,I haven’t eaten meat in ...years really .
Sporadically since being sick in March .
No beef at all ...and I just ,felt like it .

Body intuition, I do like a fish platter.

I also like the Italian antipasto.

Making Korean Kalbi BBQ Ribs for dinner. They are marinading now. Side of rice and grilled baby Bok Choy.

Not my pic but incase you didn't know what it was. Basically grilled shortribs cut flanken style very thin.

Same here.

We had Dietz & Watson Southern Fried Chicken breast on thick cut Italian bread with Muenster and mayo.

It was an interesting deli meat.

Would I buy it again on purpose?

Doubt it.

I like to make an antipasto or a charcuterie board. I bought these cool trays off amazon where it has like a thick plastic wrap in a frame that locks around your food, so I’ll do meats, cheese, sliced veggies, pickles, olives, one stays in the home fridge and one goes camping. I can put out bread and mustards or just roll ‘em up and snack.

We’re still in camping and boating season, so I do a lot of casseroles. Cool once, freeze the rest for two more meals. Today I’m making a keto-ish chicken and green chili ‘enchilada’ casserole. Cheer
