Chiropractic treatment can be beneficial for a "pinched nerve", and Inversion therapy is what I have for sciatica, I have a table at home that I get on. I also have regular therapeutic massage therapy, every 6-8 weeks. Although I am having monthly massages at this time and will continue to do so throughout the winter months. Regular massage has made a huge difference to my body combined with everything else that I do, including specific stretches. I also had some acupuncture.

The pins and needles in my left arm has stopped since my recent holistic treatments.

The more tender we are to our bodies, the more tender our bodies are to us.

i am going for physio some time.... on list..... debating chiropracter prob should

Physio came out of massage therapy. My massage therapist is also training in osteopathy, she is brilliant at deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage. We always have a lot to share when we holistic people get together. I share with her my latest divine guidance received and the research that followed afterwards,

Jesus said to his healers "Do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” Luke 10:20 A life redeemed is a life in the hands of the Lord. Every morning he brings his word of unfailing love, he leads the redeemed, in strength he guides the redeemed to his holy dwelling.

However, it makes the skin sensitive to sunlight so I don't use it.
Coconut oil is a natural sunblock so I use that instead of moisturizer.

Weird, I didn't know that about coconut oil. I add a smidgen of it to my dog's food. Sometimes I eat it also.
Usually, oils are terrible in the sunlight and cook your skin.

Yes, usually they are but coconut oil is an exception.
It only has an SPF of around 5 but that's better than nothing.
I use it for hair conditioner as well as moisturizer.
Plus occasional oil pulling for my teeth.
Sesame oil works well for that too.

Swishing coconut or sesame seed oil around in your mouth for 20 minutes.
It pulls out all the bacteria and cleans your teeth.
Be sure not to swallow it.

Yep, I use it on my face every day in place of moisturizer.
Plus on any place on my body that will be exposed to the sun.
Or just for dry skin at any time. It's so much better than lotion.

I don't know about Listerine, I don't use it.
I hate going to dentists so I take really good care of my teeth.
That includes oil pulling but I should do it more often. lol

I just never heard it referred to as "oil pulling" before. I was blessed with really tight teeth
that don't have spaces between them....
