Soundsime OP may want to consider: Senna Tea, and Psyllium, and Cantoloupe, and Apples

I high dosed Senna Tea, a high concentration of actual Senna Leaves and heated water. It works well. But, it's not so good with Gout, for those with Gout you may not want Senna Tea.
