The Conspiracy of Conspiracies
#1
Short preface: I have had this project simmer in my mind for a few weeks, and being the eternal perfectionist that I am, I just can't get quite satisfied with my own organization and formatting of posts. However, the recent creation of related topics and the excellent responses they have attracted, such as @SkyCat  The 4 Primary Military Psychological Warfare Techniques (Being Used on You), and @Frigg The importance of confidence, have prompted me to go ahead today and let the thread evolve as it will. I thus invite the reader to pay a short visit to these links as they perfectly embody the spirit of this topic.

Thank you,
And please contribute! This is the brain thread, and two brains are always better than one!

The Brain Thread

An In-depth Look at Human Nature, Mind and Behavior.
Neurosciences, Biology, Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, Consciousness.
From A Scientific, Metaphysical, and Mystical point of view.

Introduction

The brain, epicenter of the whole human experience. It is always about the brain. Brains make up people, and people make up the society we live in. Fundamentally, it would seem that all the branches of science can be linked back to the brain, and fundamental will be a major keyword in this discussion, because we want to go to the bottom of things. The creative process behind this thread started off as me trying to compile a comprehensive and concise list of the subjects that would be of actuality as part of this ongoing conversation. As it turned out, that list was very, very exhaustive, and that's when I only realized the true scope of the challenge I had set myself up for.

It is easy to write about biology, and it is easy to comment on sociology, just as it is easy to write about history, but how could we possibly synthesize these seemingly completely separate fields of study into a single, cohesive topic? This is where fundamentalness comes into play. In physics and chemistry, a quantum is a discrete packet of energy or matter. The term quantum also means the minimum value of a physical property involved in an interaction. The plural of quantum is quanta.

https://www.thoughtco.com/definition-of-quantum-in-chemistry-605914

This is when I had my Eureka! moment and realized; Let's go Quantum! Afterall, our consciousness is composed of the same Quanta, or tiny packets of energy/matter which makes up the whole universe!

Let's go Quantum!

Fields of science such as cosmology, quantum physics, and epigenetics (Epi, as in the layer above) have been in rapid development for many decades, provoking major paradigm shifts within the scientific community as to how we observe the world surrounding us, yet these changes have still to reach popular awareness on a global scale and permeate our collective consciousness. In a worldview governed by genetics and Newtonian physics, everything is set in stone and obeys a specific set of laws. But is it really? Does an electron really orbits its proton, just like the Earth revolves around the Sun, or does it exist in a cloud like state of probabilities, being everywhere at the same time until measured (observation, a conscious phenomenon!) at a certain point in time and space? On the other hand, epigenetics postulate that the environment in which a gene is placed will affect the way the gene expresses itself.

Meditation. See, we're not even past the first few paragraphs of this introduction that already nine different areas of science have been named, and now meditation, which mostly originated as a spiritual practice, enters the room as well! This is the monumental task that awaits us, and it is only by tackling the issue from its very root, and slowly working our way upwards to its related branches that we will be able to gain an accurate understanding of the whole picture. It is from the perspective of objective, neurological, biological processes and philosophical truths that we will analyze the subjective events of our past, present, and future.

Posts will mostly be presented under the form of short, organized chapters, or simple collections of thoughts. I also intend to use the thread as a database in order to facilitate information retrieval instead of having to search through hundreds of pages, and will also post study findings, news articles, youtube videos, etc... My introduction is only representative of the original train of thought responsible for the creation of the topic.

The thread is primarily aimed towards a younger audience, to the newcomers on the CT scene, to the young adults slowly making their place within our society, in the ultimate goal of raising awareness of certain notions on a conceptual level in order to provide the inquiring mind with an efficient set of tools that will be of great help in developing his own critical thinking abilities. Thus, I thoroughly encourage any and all to contribute with their own personal insight, knowledge, books, as well as with whatever material you may find interesting or important. Any contribution is of inestimable value, and it is my hope that today, a young mind will sift through these pages and start questioning his whole world. In truth, this is the conspiracy of conspiracies!

Where Quantum Physics and Politics Collide

Presentation is about 45 minutes long. For some reason the video recording has been duplicated.

Where Quantum Physics and Politics Collide
Athene's Theory of Everything.
Biocentrism and Distorting Time
Extract

The human brain is a network of approximately one hundred billion neurons. Different experiences create different neural connections which bring about different emotions. And depending on which neurons get stimulated, certain connections become stronger and more efficient, while others may become weaker. This is what's called neuroplasticity. Someone who trains to be a musician will create stronger neural connections that link the two hemispheres of the brain in order to be musically
creative. Virtually any sort of talent or skill can be created through training. Rüdiger Gamm, who was a self-admitted "hopeless student", used to fail at basic maths. He went on to train his abilities and became a famous "human calculator", capable of performing extremely complex mathematics. Rationality and emotional resilience work the same way. These are neural connections that can be strengthened. Whatever you are doing at any time, you are physically modifying your brain to become better at it. Since this is such a foundational mechanism of the brain, being self-aware can greatly enrich our life experience.

Biocentrism, also referred to as the biocentric universe, is a theory proposed by renowned scientist, Robert Lanza. This theory explains that life and biology are the central pieces to being, reality and the cosmos. It explains how life creates the universe rather than the other way around.

Biocentrism builds upon the ideas of quantum physics. While physics is considered essential to the study of the universe and chemistry essential to the study of life, biocentrism puts biology before all other sciences in order to develop a theory of everything – a theory of the universe.

Your brain is 100% cut off from reality.

It relies on 5 senses...5...count them again...5 senses ...to describe reality to it.

Taste, touch, smell, hearing and sight.

They say there may be 6th senses but....that is unconfirmed so fuck off with that noise.

You could...literally...be a brain sitting in a tub of water with electrodes attached to it...feeding it information

and you would never know the difference.

Our spectrum of comprehension is tiny...

Everything we experience is a vibration.

Our taste, smell, hearing, ...everything...is a vibration...a frequency.

There are frequencies far below our capacity to comprehend and an infinite number above our highest capacity to comprehend

there could be a brain sucking slug monster sitting right beside you that is living at a much higher frequency...and you would never know it was there.

technology is now allowing us to see things we have never seen before because of our biological limitations...but the fact remains...reality is much bigger and much weirder than we could ever imagine

I think....and this is just my semi educated opinion...

we will really crack open the gourd when we start combining varying sound frequencies and electromagnetism....that is when doors will open and when portals will erupt

Some personal notes pertaining to the aforementioned concepts on consciousness, as written on 10-28-2018 and 5-17-2019. Parts of the following threads:

https://the-fringe.com/thread-is_the_ent...rom_a_mind
https://the-fringe.com/thread-you_are_70...not_matter

Renowned physicist Max Planck once said;

“All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together.
We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.”

“I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.”

I also subscribe to the view of consciousness as the foundation of everything. A wave is composed of both the material being carried and the intangible force driving the current. Matter is the medium by which consciousness express itself. For without matter, consciousness would be nothing, and without consciousness, matter would be nothing. This is the dualistic universe unfolding before your very eyes, and this is what spooked the scientists when the double-slit experiment was conducted. Consciousness is the web which tangles everything together, and that includes you!

“Science cannot solve the ultimate mystery of nature. And that is because, in the last analysis, we ourselves are a part of the mystery that we are trying to solve.” Max Planck

In the early 2010's, it was established that ''Consciousness'' could be defined as the sum of electrical activity occuring within the brain at any given time. Neuron communication is triggered via electrical impulses propelling the information along an intricate and ever growing web of neural pathways and synapses towards the desired part of the brain.

Neuroplasticity, per Google: the ability of the brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to learning or experience or following injury.

When new information is learned, new connections (synapses) are created, older ones are reinforced. Electrical activity within the brain increases, and thus consciousness is expanded.

This is quite reminiscent of the universe, which like the brain, is composed of pure information.

The first observations that will be noted are how galaxies arrange themselves in clusters and are actually all connected as a giant network of plasma (electricity) filaments, along which we can also see the formation of smaller clusters acting as theoritical synapses. Thus the phrase; All things communicate at all times!

In the universe, all life is only possible in these clusters, as if they were epitomes of consciousness. The sum of all the activity taking place at any given time in the universe is embodied in these clusters.

The point being, as above, so below.

All matter is alive and conscious, as well as having its own intelligence and even a personality. From the infinitesimal to the world of planets and galaxies and beyond anything you can imagine! Actually, you are composed of trillions of individual cells, conscious and intelligent, operating together as individuals.

You are consciousness, this is what is symbolised by the phrase: ''You Are 70 Trillion Volts of Electricity.''

I think you've pretty much summarized it all with this one!

That's a great post altogether, Damrod. Thanks.

If you want to go ahead and expand on some of the notions you've brought up, feel free to do so! They all fit perfectly into the basics of what makes us as humans.

Nah...this is your thread...I just wanted to contribute...don't let me steal your thunder

Reality is a multi faceted, multi dimensional thing that we like to think we comprehend

but we really don't

what a perfect little gif.....that is us....in a nutshell

we are brains in a jar and we don't even know what that means!

Ourperception of reality is fed to us

few even question it anymore

to do so comes at the risk of social alienation and even worse

reality is nothing like what you are being told and programmed to download it as

you know there are some programs that will open alien files and what it displays is all wrong....

this is what they are doing to our brains....

reality is bigger...but they do not want you to know this....they want you to think reality is just the shoes you wear and your credit rating
