I should call them today and bring that up.

Can't you move the money in your trust to something more 'safe'?

It is not that easy. Those people love to take your money and hold it but they have paperwork, approvals and all sorts of rules when you try to withdraw. I moved some money out of a bank and it took some hostility to get them to stop the BS and cut me a cashiers check.

Good Luck @Monk you are very patient, I would not have tolerated 5 months of lip service.

Yea, I've had some experiences where I went to take out $5k and the bank didn't have any cash on hand!
It blew my mind

On top of other smaller experiences, that one really left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is the reason I am for bitcoin/crypto in hopes of it truly disrupting the banking industry.

It's insane what we allow them to do with our money

A check they kept your money in the system !! It's not like you can put the check under your mattress !! Yeah3 Take that check to your metals dealer and trade it for something you can hold on to !!

They say to pay off your debt because going into a recession with debt is not wise. Fringers should be paying off cars, credit cards etc... clear your debt now!!!

I went to take out 6k and they said I should have given them at least 24 hours notice. It was shocking. They said how about 3k today and the rest tomorrow? After going round and round I finally got my money.

I've noticed it's taking longer than usual for deposits to be credited.

Something smells fishy.

A bank robber walks into the Deutsche Bank and demands that the bank tellers give him all their money.
The tellers look at each other and start laughing!

Don't know about other Fringers, but I'm just trying to SURVIVE from paycheck to paycheck.

Don't have extra $$ sitting around that I can use to "pay off my debt...."

Just doing the best I can paying it off little by little.

Not sure how bad it will get for those of us in the same boat.

:(

You can always hope for hyperinflation.

Save your scrap metal, cash it in at the right time, pay off your mortgage.
