Exactly.
They say Huxley and Orwell had relations in the UK Planning Committee which sought to design the new patterns for human life and living in the future.

I also believe one of the keys to keeping cattle passively is to not let them know they are cattle. Keep them from knowing the rules of the system (the Law and the legal mechanisms )and how to use those laws and how to evade them if required.

As soon as you have " granted rights" you have to realize you are really a slave. Free people have no rights, they can do as they please and have no regulation on them whatsoever. Only slaves are under regulations. Only slaves need Granted Rights because free people have no authority above them.

In the finale of the first season of WestWorld the owner suggests ordinary people live even tighter programs and limited behaviours than the model robots in the park.

Part of our problem is the limitations of the human hardware. We can only hold 7-8 ideas in our consciousness at once. This means we rely on stored information and a remembering and retrieval service in our minds. This is why we ourselves act as if we are running "programs". Because we are. People always seem to0 play the same tune, sing the same song sort of behaviourisms until they are enlightened/awoken (yeah you still have to chop wood though).

People often never see those programs are loaded into them. Computer games teach you to be a button pushing monkey for psychological and low level chemical responses. When people were given cell phones they created a new pattern of behaviours which left them vulnerable to being entrained and patterned. It is the Skinner Box, reward for the correct response.

I see the world as going to the Chinese system of seduction by a super friendly dictator. We will be psychologically induced into slavery by super friendly dictators who will claim they have our best interests at heart. They won't have to compel people, people will be seduced by free cake and biscuits.

Omega held a similarly cynical view of the future.

I do not. As long as the few freethinkers still do so. We stand a good chance of entering a golden age...

Birth pangs.. Is what we are going through.

It will have to be all or nothing. It has to get this bad. People won't change unless they are forced to do so or die in futility. It is coming down to that.

I'm all in..

Real lasting positive change is always made manifest by the few..

The ignorant herd is dragged along bellowing and shitting all over themselves.

In many ways I agree. That is because of how they changed European Culture after WWII to what it is today, a system of conformity. They destroyed the previous way of life, it was bad and done so the previous patterns of life could not be returned to. This left people vulnerable to following the suggestions of people who claimed to know what is going on and what to do. They were able to recreate a new culture where old rules and customs were removed where previously they were set in stone.

Tavistock got to drive the new culture by use of created pop culture using the Media focusing on the young. I still love the Beatles, yet they are the prime experiment by Tavistock into creating icons which then drive popular culture at the younger level. They created the Image they projected including in early performances hiring young women to scream. Continual screaming produces an oxygen high. That is why my aunty thought the Beatles were cool in concert and why she could not speak for three days afterwards.

You have to be all in. If you are not all in you don't have any game.

I also know people who see this all as an opportunity, when things go to crap they will take the lead and direct things to more humane directions. That is their plan.

I just think you have to teach people about themselves and what makes us do what we do and what makes other people do what they do and things will fall into a logical pattern. Our base instincts are to seek company and co-operate with each other over conflict. Conflict only occurs because people don't understand each other and what motivates us. Occasionally people come up with a philosophy which is exclusive which causes conflict.

For me life has been a trip to understanding. Every time I get to a " I think I have it all now" phase I learn something I never knew and on I go. Knowledge leads to more knowledge and with some thinking... understanding.

NZ is a subtle socialism. Most people in NZ fail to realize we are socialist and pretty much always have been. It makes for a comfortable life. I can see that sort of thing with the Chinese model they are using now. super friendly socialism which is subtly totalitarianism. Laws in NZ are enforced at gun point if required.  We have central government and central banking, policies which are socialist to the core. Central authorities are key elements is a socialist totalitarianism. We have voting so we are a Democratic Socialism , the same as the Nazi's. We are a US Defence and Intelligence partner.

Like I say a subtle socialism which just isn't mentioned too much and everyone thinks we are a free nation of free people. People really believe that here while failing to see laws are enforced at gunpoint if required. Laws we had no part in creating or ratifying.

NZ is not really far from being China, some bad PR and we would be there tomorrow. Capitalist democratic socialism which is covertly run by a Business community who is so close to the military and Intelligence sectors some people can't tell which they are really working for because they get pay-checks from both. All that is really happening is the fight between these business factions to see which group gets to be King.

I call it communofascism with heavy Zionist leanings.

I still want to visit NZ and Australia.

I have always liked the people. Kiwis have a type of boldness mixed with an almost Oklahoma quality of "laid back"... Hard to describe.

That and it is stunningly beautiful.

Combine the two. Find which one has the cheapest air fares as between the two countries it can be as cheap as $120.
Never get a Taxi in NZ! It must be cheaper to be mugged in NYC than pay for a Taxi in NZ. Two week rental car will set you back less than $45 a day...but we drive on the other side of the road.

The boldness do-it-yourself attitude is because no-one thought we were a worthy investment. Near my home-town in Reefton they had public and home supply electricity by 1888 along with electric street lights. All done by some guy and his buddies sort of thing. New York didn't have domestic electricity until the 1930's.

Part of that was the innovative population base as a result of the Gold Rush. I grew up on what was the third wild west, the first was California in the 1840's, then Victoria in Australia in the 1850's and the west coast of the south island of NZ in the 1860's. Some of the people looking for gold here had been to the two previous wild wests as well and had some veteran ideas. Instant Justice. They didn't wait for the authorities, they just strung people up on the spot. They knew from the previous wild wests the only real justice is instant justice as the authorities could screw around for months and sometimes even balls it up. So where I grew up people were also used to sorting things out for themselves.

Likewise it took three months for equipment to arrive from the UK. By that stage innovative miners made their own bush built version and often sold the ordered one to newer miners when it arrived. That spirit still lives in some ways.

In the 1960's the NZ govt banned the importation of Musical amplifiers to NZ. They were afraid of social revolution and didn't want people to simply put amps on flat bed trucks and take their case directly to the people. Such actions could have easily brought revolution in NZ at the time. People couldn't get a Mesa boogie amp, so a company copied them here in NZ, one called themselves Holden. There was one component they couldn't get here so they used an equivalent. Later it was found to be better than the component Mesa was using.

NZ is so small population wise it is easy to remember our claims to fame, Refrigerated Shipping, Instant Coffee, first man to climb Mt Everest and return alive, world's fastest Indian, first nation to give women the vote, and electric fences, we invented those as well. Some posh guy who lived on a farm didn't like some horse breaking his wing mirrors off licking them so he invented the electric fence to stop them. He used to run it around his car. Yeah I know, farm people are weird. Jet boats. Hamilton invented those and of course Rutherford who split the atom was from NZ. His birth place is marked near a corner today. I see where he might have got the idea.

If you do get down here let me know. NZ is nice, but the places I can show and take you for free make the tourist traps look.....expensive.
