[split] Stone jury pool tainted . Republicans should get a do over for a change .
#1
The jury foreperson in the Roger Stone case has screwed the pooch with her posting history on Twitter .

Quote:Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted former Trump adviser Roger Stone on obstruction charges last year -- and soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light.

They’re so mad they just can’t keep their mouth shut.  If she wouldn’t of spoke out it would’ve probably been quite a while until we found out about her .

Twitter is kind of like karma it’s a bitch.

She even re-tweeted a tweet about the raid of Stone’s house.

Fair and impartial my ass.

Now they’re going to re-examine her oral and written questions. If she lied stone steam will move for a mistrial and probably get it because of the judges shenanigans.

Quote:Meanwhile, it emerged that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views -- and whose husband worked at the same Justice Department division that handled the probe leading to Stone's arrest.

Impeachment acquittals have consequences.

The Donald is going to zero in on a lot of Deep State criminal behavior
now that his hands are not tied.

The Impeachment was all about an additional insurance policy for the perps.
When Trump goes after these rotten bastards, they will scream, "It's Retribution!"
every day. Their lap dog media stooges will help them every step of the way too.

Exactly !!!

The good part is this time Trump ain’t gonna give a shit.

Democrats don’t have a leg on this one. The department of justice is in the executive branch and Trump is the head executive .

If this is all the Democrats have. It won’t cover their ass especially if a new trial is granted .

Stone's arrest along with Flynn, Papadoupolis and whoever else are the result of a fraudulent investigation. In other words all are fruit from the poisonous tree (Wong Sun v. US). The correct remedy can only be to overturn the convictions. The country needs this to be done if there is ever going to be any confidence in the justice system. It further needs to bring ALL those those that perpetrated this act swiftly to justice.

I did a long ass thread on that over at ATS . After Durham’s investigation is over and they can prove Christopher page‘s FISA warrant was illegal . Anything connected to it is subject to a motion of dismissal .

couple lawyers over there they agreed but said it’s subject to what judge they draw . Because even if it was illegal . If the FBI did it with *pure intention (even falsifying evidence ) the evidence would still be admissible .

* pure is probably the wrong word .

I think you mean "Acting in good faith". That's mentioned in Brown v. Ill.. I can't see even with the slickest snake oil salesmen lawyers how you could upon looking at the totality of the conduct not show absolute flagrant intent . Acting in good faith is laughable. This was a coup.

Yep that was it “acting in good faith”. When I heard the IG report it made me worry about that .

On a side note have you ever looked into Nixon versus the United States 1993? The press throws it up as iron clad proof that the supreme court won’t get involved in the impeachment process .

They’re are wrong .

I didn’t say Trump was going to appeal the house impeachment. I was just presenting the position that he could .

Has it occurred to any of the clowns running these shows that their job does not involve staging street fights for our amusement?

How much money, resources, etc. has been wasted on this foolishness?
