Possibly. I don't think so though. I think she's just a high horse liberal who likes to tell other people what to think and is enamored with the big nanny gov policies that she thinks keeps her safe in her gated community.

@Munch - I've been out shopping sorry to post and run. I don't think that I would attend a university where I expected guns to be carried into lectures. If this were my community I doubt I would be as flippant as some here regarding the seriousness of this situation.

The idea that as a student I would take my gun to class, because I believed there to be a good chance I might have to shoot someone with it to defend myself, is something I would expect to find in a country at war.

Anyway I asked the question were there any other countries in the world where taking a gun to class would be considered a reasonable thing to do. What makes America so different from other nations in this regard and is the difference something you are happy about or maybe wish to change?

@Dire-effects - I think that view is very narrow There are more issue at stake here than constitutional issues.

Socialism is a massive failure, it killed hundreds of millions of people, grow some brain cells, arming decent folks will deter and eliminate criminals.

It's a little hard to tell from the graphic but I believe
both figures are probably to date i.e. through 2/12.

My guess is the Admin's ejection of MS-13 and
other foreign national gang members have lowered
the numbers substantially. These elements I believe
are largely responsible for escalating the violence in
Chi-town (mostly gang on gang including of course
Black gangs) so astronomically in recent years.
