In some liberal companies looking at a coworker for more than five seconds is assault now; or harassment anyway.
See... when you make up things to get upset about can you really get upset when those things are turned back on you?
It is battery to put ones hands on another without their permission btw and intimidation could also be argued here.

Totally agree...excessive reaction, though I totally agree his credentials should be pulled, but for disrespect, total rudeness, not following protocol etc..

Maybe true, but we need not sink to their level.  Enough reason to remove him without playing their game. IMO/

I don't really think anyone is stooping in criticizing his aggressive physical contact with the intern -particularly after he had been warned several times by POTUS to take his seat and stop disrupting the presser.

Beyond that, the law is the law. Good for one gander, good for the other. But I haven't heard anything about charges being filed against Acosta. Have they been?

White House aide and not CNN reporter Jim Acosta who committed battery

The Hill) “The View” co-host Sunny Hostin said it was the young White House aide and not CNN reporter Jim Acosta who committed battery when attempting to remove a microphone from Acosta’s hand at a press conference on Wednesday.

Acosta got into a heated exchange with President Trump, who told Acosta to sit down and refused to take further questions from the reporter.

This is really solid, from the Times no less.

https://nypost.com/2018/11/07/jim-acosta...ournalism/

"The conduct of a handful of so-called reporters during President Trump’s news conference was disgraceful beyond measure. This is not journalism, this is narcissism.

Naturally, the boorish Jim Acosta of CNN was the instigator. As is his habit, Acosta doesn’t ask questions — he makes accusations and argues. Almost daily, he does it with the press secretary; Wednesday, he did it with the president."
