UNSEALED: Fusion GPS Bank Records Show Russia-Related Payments

A federal court unsealed documents in a lawsuit over Fusion GPS’s bank records on Tuesday, revealing new details of payments made last year to the opposition research firm that commissioned the infamous Trump dossier.

The documents also shed new light on requests made by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence about payments that Fusion GPS made to journalists.

The records were unsealed in response to a ruling made last week by Richard Leon, a federal judge in the district court in Washington, D.C.

The bank documents list 112 transactions involving Fusion GPS.

Most are redacted, save for transactions between two law firms that the oppo firm worked with last year on two Russia-related projects.

Perkins Coie, the law firm that represented the Clinton campaign and DNC, paid Fusion a total of $1,024,408 between May 24, 2016 and Dec. 28, 2016, the records show.

The largest payment was made just before the election. Perkins Coie made a $365,275 payment to Fusion GPS on Oct. 28, 2016, according to the records.

A payment made to Fusion in late-December is later than previously thought.

The transaction list does not show payments that Fusion made to Christopher Steele, the former British spy who wrote the dossier. The firm reportedly paid Steele a total of $168,000 for his work, which lasted from June 2016 until the election.

The fact that this was ignored and Obama and Hillary colluded with Putin must now be investigated.
Because one thing has to be answered: WHY did they go forward with this deal?
Second question has to be answered: did anyone financially profit from this?

>>>>The warning was issued December 21st, 2010. Barack Obama was President and Hillary Clinton his Secretary of State. A uranium deal that allocated a sizable portion of U.S. uranium reserves had just been awarded to Russian government-controlled interests. The deal made no sense. It weakened American security. It also made the Clinton Foundation very-very rich via donations made by corporate interests directly tied to the deal.

Senator John Barrasso sounded the alarm. Barack Obama, his administration, and much of the Establishment Media chose to ignore the warning. Read the senator’s letter to then-President Obama here:

Russia gained control over 20% of United States uranium after the Clinton Foundation received $145 million from Uranium One affiliates and Russian oligarchs connected to the deal.

The Obama administration approved the transaction after the FBI knew of a Russian plot to corner the US Uranium market and a racketeering scheme involving a Kentucky trucking company.

Over 5,000 documents and a video of Russians preparing a briefcase stuffed with bribe money for Obama administration officials were obtained by an FBI informant.

Bill Clinton met with Vladimir Putin at his house in Russia, the same day he collected $500,000 for a speech to a Russian bank which upgraded Uranium One stock.

Clinton sought approval from Hillary Clinton's State Department to meet with 15 Russians.

Tony Podesta, brother of John Podesta, lobbied for Uranium One after Russia state-owned energy giant Rosatom owned the company outright.

Tony Podesta met regularly with Clinton Foundation and was considered "basically part" of the organization, according to a former long-time executive of the Podesta Group, who also said Podesta was "peddling Russian oligarchs" all over D.C.

Clinton campaign chief and longtime DNC operative John Podesta recommended that brother Tony hire Hillary Clinton's chief legislative advisor at the State Department, David Adams, which allowed a direct link between the firm's Russian clients and the Obama administration.

John Podesta sat on the board and owned shares in Joule Unlimited - a green-energy company which received $35 million from the Russian government while Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State.

In addition to Podesta, Joule's board of directors included senior Russian official Anatoly Chubais and oligarch Reuben Vardanyan - a Putin appointee to the Russian economic modernization council.

Podesta jettisoned his shares before the 2016 election, transferring them to his daughter via a shell corporation.

Unfortunately, Attorney General Jeff Sessions feels there isn't 'enough basis' to investigate any or all of the above.

Unsealed court documents reveal that the firm behind the salacious 34-page Trump-Russia Dossier, Fusion GPS, was paid $523,000 by a Russian businessman convicted of tax fraud and money laundering, whose lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, was a key figure in the infamous June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower arranged by Fusion GPS associate Rob Goldstone.

In short, D.C. opposition research firm Fusion GPS is the common denominator linked to two schemes used to damage the Trump campaign.

Smear Firm Also Brokered Meetings Between Dossier Author Christopher Steele and 'At Least Five Major Media Outlets, Including Yahoo News'

Newly filed court documents reveal Fusion GPS, the shadowy firm behind the debunked Steele dossier, paid at least three journalists between June 2016 until February 2017. According to the filing, the three journalists who were paid by Fusion GPS are known for reporting on “Russia issues relevant to [the committee’s] investigation.”

The dates are noteworthy, considering that’s when Big Media began pushing the unsubstantiated “collusion” narrative between Russia and people close to now President Donald Trump.

Further, a filing by lawyers for the House Intelligence Committee claims Fusion GPS “brokered meetings for dossier author Christopher Steele with at least five major media outlets in September 2016, including Yahoo news.”

The recipients’ names, the payment amounts and purposes were either redacted from the documents that Fusion GPS filed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia or were not disclosed. The firm, which was cofounded by former Wall Street Journal reporter Glenn Simpson, requested a restraining order against the House Intelligence Committee.

Congressional investigators — who have long alleged the dossier was used by mediates to fabricate collusion stories and by corrupt Obama Administration officials to begin their investigation — are demanding financial documents that will shed light on payments to reporters. A bombshell report recently revealed that the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) paid more than $10 million to fund the dossier.

The nonprofit Campaign Legal Center (CLC) filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) alleging neither the Clinton campaign nor the DNC violated campaign finance law by failing to accurately disclose payments for the discredited dossier.

The Washington Examiner reported that one of the documents filed by Fusion GPS co-founder Peter Fritsch just this week was an affidavit that stated, “[The House Intelligence Committee] has also demanded records related to transactions between Fusion GPS and certain journalists — i.e., Request Nos. 66, 68-69, 107-112. Those requested records involve transactions that are not pertinent to work related to Russia or Donald Trump.”

The numbered “requests” correspond to a list of payments made by Fusion GPS being examined by the committee, which was also among the documents filed Tuesday, although the list was heavily redacted.

As People’s Pundit Daily (PPD) previously reported, Fusion GPS has been less than cooperative with both the House and Senate committees investigating their role in what appears more likely to be a smear campaign.

Mr. Simpson refused to answer questions during a closed-door interview in August with the Senate Judiciary Committee and his lawyer Josh Levy provided thousands of “disrespectful” records to the committee, being that most were blank or press clippings.

Fusion GPS didn’t deny payments went to reporters, but argues that these payments were for research. The bank documents include a total 112 transactions involving Fusion GPS, several are Russia-related.

Obama-Appointed Federal Inspector Threatened By Clinton Campaign Over Email Investigation

Egregious violations

In January 2016, McCullough told Republicans on the Senate Intelligence and Foreign Affairs committees that emails classified above “Top Secret” had been passed through the former secretary of state’s private, unsecure server – such as an email about Benghazi she sent to daughter Chelsea Clinton(using pseudonym Diane Reynolds) on the night of September 11th, 2012 from ‘@clintonemail.com’ which not only divulged highly classified military intel over a non-government server vulnerable to foreign surveillance – it also revealed that the Obama administration knew that an “Al Queda-like group” was responsible for the attack.

One wonders what Chelsea’s security clearance was at the time?

Instead of informing the American public that radical Islam was responsible for the attack, the Obama administration fabricated a story – peddling the lie that anger over an anti-Islamic YouTube video resulted in the attack, which led to the arrest and imprisonment of an innocent man.

Hillary knew it was an "Al Qeda-like group" hours after it happened when she told Chelsea ("Diane Reynolds") top secret information. pic.twitter.com/LiOJj3jck1

Chinese investors sue McAuliffe, Rodham over green-car investments

The suit is the latest headache for the Virginia governor as he mulls a presidential bid.

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe and former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's brother Anthony Rodham are facing a $17 million fraud lawsuit from Chinese investors in Greentech Automotive, an electric car company that appears to be struggling to survive.

A group of 32 Chinese citizens filed the suit last week in Fairfax County, Virginia court, claiming that they were swindled out of about $560,000 apiece as a result of misrepresentations made by McAuliffe and Rodham—two of the most prominent and politically connected proponents of the venture aimed at manufacturing electric cars in the U.S.

The suit is yet another headache for McAuliffe as he mulls a potential presidential bid in 2020, buoyed in part by Democrats' strong showing in the state in the election earlier this month. McAuliffe confirmed last year that his business dealings with foreign nationals were under investigation by the FBI and federal prosecutors. It's unclear whether that probe involved Greentech or whether the inquiry is still ongoing.

The Chinese investors plowed their money into Greentech with the promise of winning permanent residency in the U.S. under a program that awards green cards to foreign-funded ventures that generate U.S. jobs. However, the suit contends that the investors now face the threat of deportation from the U.S. because the Department of Homeland Security has determined that Greentech did not generate the number of jobs required to sustain the number of visas issued through the so-called EB-5 program.

"Plaintiffs now face the prospect of having to uproot their families once again, with the expense and stress of deportation to China looming before them," the suit says, accusing McAuliffe, Rodham, Greentech founder Charles Xiaolin Wang and others of running a "scam."
