More than 200 million eggs sold in nine US states are recalled over salmonella fears

Guys if you scroll down the article there's a video telling you how to tell if you have some of these eggs before cooking them.

Apparently they came from a place in Indiana.


200 million eggs sold in nine states have been recalled over salmonella fears
Rose Acre Farms, based in Seymour, Indiana, issued the voluntary recall
At least 22 illnesses have been reported so far, according to the FDA
Eggs reached Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia
They were sold in various stores and restaurants, including Walmart

My daughter said that Wal-Mart was out of eggs today when she was there so they must have pulled them. What is so worrisome is the amount that was sold!

That company, Rose Acre Farms, is a major employer in my area. This is going to get ugly.

Local only, from farmers I know. It's not foolproof, but I sure feel better about it.

I handle and cook all eggs and poultry like it's infected whether it is or not.
