She's not crazy about Sammy. I suppose it's better than being in a kennel.
She's a little, old girl and Sam is 110 lbs of hyper love

Pam is in my prayers and so are you! You're being a good neighbor and a good friend to her.

She has MS and I've always kinda checked on her.  She fell inside her home and was in the hospital.  She has no other family.  One of her friends has POA and doesn't think she's fit to live at home. Her dog has been boarded at the vet for the weeks this has been going on.

She's afraid she'll never get to come home and she'll lose her house and her dog.

Her name is Pam if you feel inclined to pray for her. I would appreciate it.

Flyover, that could be any of us. I will definitely pray for her. Can you find out if she has any ins coverage?? Even Medicaid or Medicare. And depending on the state, she might be eligible for home care. Can you contact her friend to find out, or even the facility?

That reality hit me tonight.  One of her other friends is who called me to inform me where she was.

She's in her 70s so I think home health would be partially paid for.  Her friend that's POA doesn't think much of anyone but herself.  She's been kinda nasty to me and according to Pam hasn't been to see her in days.

I saw her car over there a few days ago along with a moving truck.  I hope she's helping and not stealing her stuff or planning to sell her home.

I read the rest of the posts before answering this.It doesn't make ANY sense that Pam would allow that "friend" to take anything out of her home at this time! You can actually get involved anonymously contacting several agencies if you have time. SS for one! They don't need her SS to track her. Social Services, local. They can do the most. The people at the home Pam is at. Ask for someone you trust, and let them know someone had a moving truck at her home and you are just concerned.

Now about friends. It doesn't matter if someone is wealthy, or appears. There are a lot of corrupt people that take advantage, been there, thank God no more. I don't want to go any further, but sometimes people reach out because they have to and get burned. I would hate hate hate! for this woman Pam, to get out of that home and
have items she cherishes missing, her money drained, anything!!

I hope you can take the dog in also. If not, maybe there is a rescue kennel or vet that can take
her in?
Now my prayers are more specific!!
Thank you FC for being such a kind soul! Heartflowers Heartflowers

Doesn't sound friendly.

Her friend drives a drop top 2 door Mercedes.  She doesn't need the money

Or this isn't her first time...
