if I'm not God, then who am I?

By your own admission, you are NOT God. A particle, perhaps. I can agree with that, but you? Are not the whole, and cannot claim to title, as an egg cannot be a cake, but is an ingredient.
Right now on the physical plain, we exist within God's construct.
In a sense, we live within God, as all this is his. At the very least he laid the foundational construct our minds fluidly percieve as molecular reality. Observation is part of it.
When we get to a spiritual plain, I think God will exist within our spiritual being, and humans in his. A more mutual exchange, but with The Creator definately being the mindsource for the existant observation point and construct.

'God' is NOT "separate from" all the beings that make up 'God'. The illusion of separation is why people think 'God' is "something out there", some 'dude' pulling string on a creation and guiding things in it. The truth could not be further from that notion. As I have mentioned before, ALL the world's problems are due to people forgetting that they are 'God'. Not only have people forgotten, they have no clue anymore.

All Organic beings are Creators. Some create small things are some create big things. Even some of the creators of this Universe are incarnate at this time on Earth. Think a little bigger. If you wish to view yourself as a particle that is your choice. "Argue for your limitations and they will be yours" and all that. Humans are FAR more than they think they are, and then there are other species that transcend Humans even, and so forth. Would you found a Universe given the opportunity? For some it's all in a day's work. I absolutely hate using the word "God" (which is why I use it in quotes) for its meaning has become so terribly distorted through false use in this world, but ... "when in Rome" (otherwise I don't use it.)
Where there is imbalance I am the counterweight. Beware, for if you are a cause of imbalance you may not enjoy my presence.

Maybe you are? Maybe we are all?

Maybe god got bored, and decided to incarnate as man, whilst giving himself no memories.
Maybe he made it so that after each death he would reincarnate into another person in another time, so that over time he will live all the lives of every human and then "wake up"

Maybe it's all a big experiment.

I'm rather agnostic on the matter. Thou, i do believe it is healthy to speculate as to the true nature if reality.

Might i suggest reading up on quantum physics?

OP wants to know who he is. It is a project many people in life go through
and never accomplish. If he is to be God, he needs to AT LEAST
have the following characteristics:

1. Omnipotent
2. Omniscient
3. Omnipresent

It is a high benchmark. I have yet to meet a single human bean (sic) that is even
close on anyone of the attributes. You came from the dust of the Earth and to
it you will one day return. Planet Earth has a 100% turn over rate. Denial will
not change your destiny.
Spend your time well on this Earth. Once you spend it, you can not buy it back.
It's gone. Take your red pill or blue bill or black pill. After your time, you will
meet YOUR Creator. All by yourself. And life will go on without you.
