Ok guys Bless your heart can mean many things?

I say it when I see the scars on my grandson from the surgeries he's had. Bless his little heart.

I say it when I see the man whose lost his wife of 50 years and is lost and so sad. Bless his heart.

I say it when my daughter complains that she's out of money because of car repairs. Bless your heart.
