Hospital Beds and a Bioweapon
#11
If this virus was designed to target asians, most Americans aren't in danger. Supply disruptions and economic problems will effect our daily lives to some extent, but we can live with that.
If this bioweapon was designed to take out enemies of all races, than we have a crisis.
The virus is present in Africa now. Health care there has always been deficient. If this doesn't explode into a crisis there, this is an asian problem.

Interesting. Asian men is what I understand that are being affected for the most part.

Kudos to you for thinking outside of the box.

Potential infections are being investigated in several African countries.
The Chinese do a lot of business there. Wherever the Chinese fly,  this virus seems to follow. I don't know how many Chinese go to Finland but they brought it there too.
This report of a confirmed case in Zambia came from South Africa's top government health official but isn't being mentioned by WHO. That is puzzling. Would a top government official call a press conference to reveal this if they weren't sure? Is WHO trying to keep a lid on African cases? If so, why?

This article also mentions the Zambian case

A new story on Drudge reports that China is scrambling to find hospital beds for new cases.
They are confirming over 28,000 cases now and investigating thousands of potential infections.
We have a million hospital beds here. China has 5 times our population. If they have 2 million beds, they should be able to handle less than 250,000 virus cases with what they have.
They may have just admitted that the reported numbers are far too low.

yep

when the medical apparatus is over run, the death toll will spike. It's just the way it is. If you are infected with 100 other patients, you will get top care and probably be ok. If you are infected with 1000 other people, probably not going to get top notch care.

Africa? The Chinese government literally has 100's of millions of people they are ready to use as colonists for wherever clears out first. They would like for it to be the USA but Africa will do in a pinch. They will exploit it's resources like no one ever has before and the natives will be exterminated like bugs if that is what needs to happen for the empire to stabilize

Well for the now, the allocation of resources and medical capacity will be regional and not nationwide. They are not shipping the sick from Wuhan to Beijing or Shanghai. Yet.

I am just trying to warn everyone that the big problem is NOT going to be the sickness in the long run. The big problem is going to be food shortages and economic collapse as borders are closed and trade grinds to a halt. Most people in this country live paycheck to paycheck. They are two paychecks away from personal disaster whether they are sick or not

The 4 horsemen are riding it seems

War has been riding for some time now

Now comes pestilence and by his side is famine. The pestilence kills many and closes borders, shuts down trade and production of food. This is when famine rides onto the seen

Next comes death...and hell follows him

Thanks for bringing this up.
The 4th horseman kills a quarter of humanity by the means you mentioned.
If the death rate from this virus is equal to the Spanish Flu death rate of 10-20%, that total plus famine deaths and violence erupting in stricken areas could wipe out a quarter of humanity.
This could be the Pale Horse.
