You can enter your address or just your zip code, or somebody else's.

And it will show you all of the FCC licensed towers and transmitters within that area.

Use it while you can, because 5G won't be licensed.

For example, I noticed when I pulled into the parking lot of this public library, there is a tower next to the park that only has three antennas.

One pointed at the library.

One pointed at the trailer park to the East.

One pointed to the poor neighborhood to the West.

I have never ever seen such an unpopulated tower.

Three bars?

Is that all?

So I looked a bit closer and there isn't a data room next to this tower at all.

Where are the servers?

What are these three little bars FOR?

Who owns them?

https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stock...apId=97963

Somebody in Alexandria Virginia.

Go figure.

I tried the link and it brought up Tulsa OK. It informed me that the site cannot load google maps and then it inquired if I owned the site.

Looks interesting, maybe they will get it operating properly.

It works, but it takes 30 seconds to load data, and I screwed it up by linking a search I did myself.

A screenshot, or rather a series of screenshots would have made this thread work, but I screwed it up.

Just try your own address.

Nearest cell tower to me is 10 miles away - that's why when I get a call I have to walk out on my back porch to talk.....
I will not go quietly into the night......

Why not. I've done similar with good success.

Tell me why what I did that worked, didn't work..

This should be good!
