Feds Raid Apartment of Suspected CIA Leaker, Find 10,000 Images of Child Porn
#11
Yeah a "rounded number" again of a specific number of porn involving children (think of the children!... ignore the reality of the odd's of such a rounded number existing in ANY form on anyones computer)...

Besides the fact that ALL porn of that model come from just 3 servers, which are located only IN Washington D.C. (to in government facilities and one in a large private firm), the HAS, NSA, FBI, and all major alphabet soup organizations trade this filth like cotton candy (pun intended), have more knowledge and have viewed more porn of that type combined, then any private citizen ever has or would..

The laws involving CP, are used as a weapon to enforce compliance to an unjustified allegiance of which ALL of the senate is part of (no exceptions)..

This happens more often then not if you look at case histories..

Seems they could do that to anyone they wanted to.

A man who identified himself to NBC News as Schulte's brother Jason said that "what the government is doing to him is wrong. They are screwing him over."

Jason Schulte said he and his brother had planned to go to Cancun together on vacation, but then the FBI raided Joshua's apartment.

The FBI searched Schulte's apartment in New York last year and seized personal computer equipment, notebooks, and hand-written notes, court records say.

Jason said that the porn images on the computer were not his brother's and were put there by someone else. He said others had access to the server.

Kaplan argued that the information the government used to obtain the warrant was inaccurate.

"What I think is important for the Court is, in April or May 2017, the government had full access to his computers and his phone, and they found the child pornography in this case, but what they didn't find was any connection to the WikiLeaks investigation," he said.

A federal prosecutor told the court that Top Secret material was found on Schulte's computer.

DOJ Indicts "Vault 7" Leak Suspect; WikiLeaks Release Was Largest Breach In CIA History

A 29-year-old former CIA computer engineer, Joshua Adam Schulte, was indicted Monday by the Department of Justice on charges of masterminding the largest leak of classified information in the spy agency's history.

Schulte, who created malware for the U.S. Government to break into adversaries computers, has been sitting in jail since his August 24, 2017 arrest on unrelated charges of posessing and transporting child pornography - which was discovered in a search of his New York apartment after Schulte was named as the prime suspect in the cyber-breach one week after WikiLeaks published the "Vault 7" series of classified files. Schulte was arrested and jailed on the child porn charges while the DOJ ostensibly built their case leading to Monday's additional charges.

[I]nstead of charging Mr. Schulte in the breach, referred to as the Vault 7 leak, prosecutors charged him last August with possessing child pornography, saying agents had found 10,000 illicit images on a server he created as a business in 2009 while studying at the University of Texas at Austin.

Court papers quote messages from Mr. Schulte that suggest he was aware of the encrypted images of children being molested by adults on his computer, though he advised one user, “Just don’t put anything too illegal on there.” -New York Times

Monday's DOJ announcement adds new charges related to stealing classified national defense information from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2016 and transmitting it to WikiLeaks ("Organization-1").

The Vault 7 release - a series of 24 documents which began to publish on March 7, 2017 - reveal that the CIA had a wide variety of tools to use against adversaries, including the ability to "spoof" its malware to appear as though it was created by a foreign intelligence agency, as well as the ability to take control of Samsung Smart TV's and surveil a target using a "Fake Off" mode in which they appear to be powered down while eavesdropping.

Reminds me of this comedian from the 80s (I think on one of the HBO Young Comedian Specials?), who was joking about believing everything he read; he ended with "first I wrote it down; then I read it!" Lmao

First thought that came to mind was that this guy got set up. They could literally do this to anyone they don't like. Scary times.

This is a scary weapon/tactic...... they could target anyone with a smartphone/tv/comp etc.Thankfully nobody trusts the bastards and they lost all credibility.

With the revelations being uncovered today, can we trust *any* three-letter-agencies?  It appears there is little remaining "government" that is untouched by corruption.
