D&D players robbed during game
#21
They have D&D on Monday nights up at the local comic book shop here, third edition I think?? Set up a whole area right next to the shop just for gaming nights.

Also have something called Heroclix which looks interesting.

"Queen of the Demonweb Pits"

"Vault of the Drow"

"Expedition to the Barrier Peaks"

I still have an impressive collection of Battle mats, modules, books, the dice etc... And over 6oo miniatures! Including some of the first runs of Grenadier and Ral Partha.

I can go full DORK.

Haven't played in 30 years!

I can still DM with the best but, I prefer being a player.  Troll2

Yeah I remember a little shop in town that sold the pewter miniatures.

Then I saw this chick walking by the store...

Never had an awkward childhood huh?  Just pooped out by your Mom and Voila!! INSTANT STUD!!  Lmao

I get to roll a saving throw against your glamour spell. 87% chance..

You misunderstand, mon frère.

Try this on for size.

I saw the girl, dropped the little Chaotic Elf I was holding, and never looked back.

I just went to a board game store the other week just to see what it was all about. Oh my, has it evolved from pen and paper. The layout was quite impressive. I am guessing quite the investment as well.

Halls of the Fire Giants.

Yeah3

I have that Module ...  Chuckle

"Ghost Tower of Inverness"

I think I was thinking of the Hall of the Fire Giant King, that was a module part of the Against the Giants series written by Gary Gygax:

Steading of the Hill Giant Chief, Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl, and Hall of the Fire Giant King

Excellent series if you've never played it.

The old DND figures are worth some coin now.

In particular Grenadier models and Ral Partha stuff sculpted by Tom Meier. Lord Soth's Charge is worth several hundred bucks.
