This story has two dates, but it has a bit more detail to add....

It was a 7th year after she came out/trans date cake....

The Colorado baker won a Supreme Court case over whether he can refuse service for same-sex weddings is suing the state again after a transgender lawyer, Autumn Scardina, ordered a birthday cake with a blue on the outside and pink on the inside. It was also mentioned that the cake would celebrate the seventh anniversary of the day she had come out as transgender.

“That’s a cake I can’t create for anybody,” Phillips told Colorado Public Radio.

“Phillips declined to create the cake with the blue-and-pink design because it would have celebrated messages contrary to his religious belief that sex — the status of being male or female — is given by God, is biologically determined, is not determined by perceptions or feelings, and cannot be chosen or changed,” the complaint stated.

Scardina sued, and Colorado officials in June of this year said there was “sufficient evidence” for her discrimination claim and directed her and Masterpiece Cakeshop to “compulsory mediation.”

The Colorado Civil Rights Commission ruled that there was probable cause that Phillips had discriminated against Scardina on the basis of gender identity.

In refusing to make a cake for the transgender woman, Phillips had “denied her equal enjoyment of a place of public accommodation,” Aubrey Elenis, director of the Colorado Civil Rights Division, wrote in her ruling.

Meanwhile, all across the USA, liberals are busy trying to close down Chick-fil-A.

Are there any constitutional conservative lawyers in this country?

They are the reason I didn’t start a cake business!!!
Hopefully this works. My net has been down all day. Have made lots and lots of cakes that are 100% edible except for structure. This one and a Halloween cake are my favorites

Those people are not sane.

There was a reason they were despised and forced into the closet and this is a perfect example.

This isn't about the cake. This is about suing him into bankruptcy. It's about harassment of someone who disagrees with someone's lifestyle.

You NAILED that one!!!!! Yeah3

Charlie....

Autumn Charlie...

Scathing from Illinois family something....

A word about “transitioning.” Men and women don’t and can’t. Castrations on anatomically and biologically healthy men don’t turn them into women. They turn them into eunuchs. Inverting penises to turn into fake vaginas doesn’t turn men into women. Tracheal shaves, feminizing facial surgeries, cross-sex hormone-doping, and evening gowns don’t turn men into women. Sure, with multiple surgeries, lipstick, flowing hair, and elaborate costuming, men can create disguises more likely to deceive people, but they cannot transition from man to woman.

Colorado Christian cakeshop sued a third time for discrimination

The owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop -- which won a case before the U.S. Supreme Court recently -- was sued for a third time this week.

Jack Phillips, the Lakewood, Colo. bakery owner who has refused to bake cakes that violate his Christian faith, is being sued again by Autumn Scardina, a transgender woman, for refusing to bake a gender transition cake.

Scardina claims it is textbook LGBT discrimination. But Phillips said she is rehashing old claims that hold no merit.

Isn't this discrimination against him for practicing his religion?
I've got a lot of respect for him. He's obviously one of the few who's willing to stand up to these intolerant creatures.
Only trouble making shit-stirrers would want to order a cake from someone who disagrees with their lifestyle.
Couldn't they just order a cake & then do the writing themselves? Scratchinghead

Has any church or Christian group given him support to fight this nonsense?
Someone needs to start a go-fund-me appeal to cover his legal expenses. Even I would chuck in $10. These intolerant shit-stirring arses need to be put in their place.
