Colorado Christian cakeshop sued a third time for discrimination

The owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop -- which won a case before the U.S. Supreme Court recently -- was sued for a third time this week.

Jack Phillips, the Lakewood, Colo. bakery owner who has refused to bake cakes that violate his Christian faith, is being sued again by Autumn Scardina, a transgender woman, for refusing to bake a gender transition cake.

Scardina claims it is textbook LGBT discrimination. But Phillips said she is rehashing old claims that hold no merit.

For fucks sake.

Those people are not sane.

There was a reason they were despised and forced into the closet and this is a perfect example.

This isn't about the cake. This is about suing him into bankruptcy. It's about harassment of someone who disagrees with someone's lifestyle.

Of course it is. And having some asshole do that to me (not the homo crap) pisses me off all the worst.

MORAL OF STORY - You can sue ANYONE at ANYTIME for ANYTHING often just for malice and the one being sued has to defend themselves! It's time in this country for the person who SUES and then LOSES to pay the defendants lawyer bills.

The accuser is definitely trolling the baker.

A judge should stop this insanity.

This would not be a problem if we all insist on one of the most common principles of law:
A contract is a voluntary agreement.

Two parties enter into a contract, fully understanding the terms of the contract, and agreeing to them.

This made up term 'a place of public accommodation' was created to mislead the masses. It's not a place of public accommodation, it's a private business, the owner of which has the freedom to do business with or not do business with whomever they please, for whatever reason they choose, and government has no business asking them why.

It has nothing to do with race, religion, gender, sexual orientation. it has to do with a fundamental human right...the freedom to enter into a contract of your own free will.

Government has no role in compelling anyone into entrance into a contract against their will. Simply not what Government is for.
