Anyone getting tired of winning yet?

CNN will claim Russia made the deal, amid worries of involvement by Melania.

in the scale of things, this is a menial token crumb.

the meat and potatoes are really what counts .... hopefully it is coming, i personally have my doubts.

I'll take all of the "menial token crumbs" that have came about over the last year and a half, and be thankful for them.

It's all a trick to get he DMZ removed eventually.

No way is N.Korea just going to "see the light" and join the western powers because "reasons" or some nonsense.

I doubt that there are any delusions of NK joining Western powers.

Are you glad that the hostages have been released?

I am doubtful of their "hostage"status. Am I happy that admittedly non violent people are not having violence thrust upon them? Yes.

But I find it dubious to think these people were there working in some cases without any ties to the u.s.

That was a suitably ambiguous answer.

Some people on here try to frame me as hating the u.s.

These rhetorical arguments are pure nonsense, and my answer was not ambiguous.

I think these men were probably spies, or being used by the u.s state department to get a picture of N.Korea as a condition for granting them leave to work in N.Korea.

I'm not one of those people. We are all entitled to our viewpoints and beliefs.

With that being said, there is no rule that all have to agree with your positions.

My question was are you glad they have been released(?). And, if you could please point out the "rhetorical" arguments. You chose to enter the discussion. don't twist the narrative to suit yourself.
