I'm not advocating for Monsanto's business practices in terms of seed selling only the science that the product stands on, Coke is a much more damaging company in my opinion.

I bet you coke uses Monsanto corn syrup.. I will try to find out.

I respectfully disagree about hfcs...... It is debilitating and killing millions .

Sugar is killing millions in all it's forms, moderation is required with it like it used to be, a treat not a daily food staple.

I consume very little sugar personally as well.

Don't drink pop. Don't eat sweets. Or use fluoride toothpaste etc..

I'm pert as a gutting buck with all my teeth but one I pulled from an injury... No cavities either.... Ever.

Depopulation etc... We are both wary. I like that DB42.

Enjoyed this discussion. I consider your points.

Grapefruits were developed by blasting radiation at orange seeds,.... dazedb42

incorrect

grapefruits are simply a sport of the pummelo, or an accidental hybrid of the pummelo and an orange

selective breeding = gmo good in the minds/pocket-books of many,
don't fall for it, they are not remotely similar

.

Quote:The 1929 Ruby Red patent was associated with real commercial success, which came after the discovery of a red grapefruit growing on a pink variety. The Red grapefruit, starting with the Ruby Red, has even become a symbolic fruit of Texas, where white "inferior" grapefruit were eliminated and only red grapefruit were grown for decades.[citation needed] Using radiation to trigger mutations, new varieties were developed to retain the red tones which typically faded to pink.[15] The Rio Red variety is the current (2007) Texas grapefruit with registered trademarks Rio Star and Ruby-Sweet, also sometimes promoted as "Reddest" and "Texas Choice". The Rio Red is a mutation bred variety which was developed by treatment of bud sticks with thermal neutrons. Its improved attributes of mutant variety are fruit and juice color, deeper red, and wide adaptation.[16]

Sorry they developed the grapefruit varieties with radiation.......
