Any Archers on the Fringe?
#1
I bought my sons sister (different marriage) her first bow today, she is 7. She didn't know it was arriving and when she got it the smile on her face couldn't be wiped Cheer

3D club shoot is on Sunday and she wont shut up about it! Hahaha.

Any other arrow flingers out there? It's a great game.

Can't say that I'm an archer but have really enjoyed the
times I've had a chance to practice.

I think it's a great activity, especially for girls. Sounds
like the young lady will really enjoy her gift! Heartflowers Cheer

I have a wood bow...I love it.

But I'm not very accurate yet. I'm working on it.

You get her a wood bow, cross bow or compound bow? (They make them for little kids and they're cute!)

Did you get her arm guards, if it's a wood bow?

She's going to have a lot of fun!
That's pretty awesome of you!

Dear Winter,
I am breaking up with you.
I think it is time I start seeing other seasons.

I just bought a start up package, fiberglass limbs, 3 good arrows, a belt quiver etc. The club could provide the same but you know, its not like walking up with yr own kit Chuckle

But apparently orange isn't girly enough so she has to get her textas out to color it up a bit! Lmao

I am a crossbow person , myself.

Just remember safety equipment is a must.

Great sport for muscle and bone strength , just do not get in the way.

Hope she has fun.

Yep. Grew up with a bow in my hand, although I haven't shot for the last 10 years or so.
I shot 30+ 3D events every year and hunted extensively with a bow for at least 30 years.
I still have all my equipment and I'll pull it out again one day.....
