New Mexico House passes ‘most extreme’ pro-abortion bill in America

By a 40-29 vote, the Democrat-controlled House passed House Bill 51 which would repeal multiple unenforced, pre-Roe sections of the law that criminalized abortion, the Albuquerque Journal reports. Requesting a pin because it shows the pervasive need for the Democrat progressives to compromise human life, no matter the cost...

Important story, thanks, Wingsprint.

I imagine it would need their Senate to support it or it doesn't repeal the laws?

"Ferrary said she is concerned the U.S. Supreme Court, which has a conservative majority, will overturn Roe vs. Wade, reversing the constitutional protection allowing women access to abortion. New Mexico is among states like Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Washington, where restrictions on abortion have been curbed or legislatures are in the midst of changing their laws because of similar concerns."

I'd love for her to clearly point out the "constitutional protection allowing women" access to abortions. Don't think John Hancock was aware of it when he signed...

It does step a little bit beyond the boundaries of even the most extremist feminism, doesn't it?

It is one thing to say that women should have rights equal to those of men, including discretion as to what they do with their bodies, but the abortion issue has been pushed too far. Late-term abortion is simply not on par with voting rights and legal protection.

At first, the issue appears to be a population control measure, since the majority of abortions are done for poor minorities. The whispered theory is that blacks and Mexicans would overtake the US population in a few decades if left to breed on their own, producing a massive welfare dependency problem.

But lately it seems that even this is not the real agenda. Your blood transfusion theory might have some merit, strange as that might be, but there is another side of that which to me sounds somewhat more reasonable, and that is commercial research.

You've no doubt heard of the Pepsi research and vaccines, but there are a lot of things that are common in the world which have their origins in fetal tissues. If not for wannabe vampires, it might simply be that the aborted parts fetch a premium in genetics research and other technologies.

and don't forget plasma from a child has properties that keep people at a younger age, THAT is a BIG part of this. how sickening it is!
