Mega-giant Bayer put $66 billion on the table, and mega-giant Monsanto said yes.

Think GMOs, crop seeds, pesticides, medical drugs.

Keep in mind that one of the consultants on the European side of this deal is the Rothschild Group.

But that’s not all. Dow and DuPont are planning to merge. Recently, another biotech giant, Syngenta, was swallowed up by the state-owned ChemChina. And this just in: two major Canadian fertilizer manufacturers, Potash Corp of Saskatchewan Inc. and Agrium Inc. are merging.

Some dark history with Bayer

http://anonhq.com/yes-bayer-drug-knowing...eople-hiv/

In February of 1984, a division of the pharmaceutical company Bayer (Cutter Biological) knowingly sold H.I.V. infected medications to Asia and Latin America to prevent financial losses. After a discovered H.I.V. outbreak in America amongst small, hemophiliac children that was traced back to Bayer medications, the company began to sell a new, safe medication in the West, however they sent the old batches, many of which they knew were infected, to Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore. The worth of this medication totaled more than $4 million.

As unbelievable as this report may seem, I was able to trace an original article to the New York Times. Published on March 18th, 1987, it states, “Bayer A.G., the giant West German chemical company, said today that it had been sued over its sale of hemophilia drugs that may have been infected with the AIDS virus.”

Here is the times article. March 18th, 1987

The drug is produced by Miles Laboratories Inc., an Elkhart, Ind., subsidiary of Bayer, a Bayer spokesman said.

Bayer Admits It Paid "Millions" in HIV Infection Cases -- Just Not in English

To read the English-speaking media, you'd never know that Bayer (BAYRY) just paid "tens of millions" of dollars to end a three-decade long scandal in which the company sold HIV-contaminated blood products, thousands of whom later died of AIDS.

In 1997 Bayer paid a 300 million into a compensation fund for hemophiliacs with HIV. About 20,000 people were infected. (2)

The focus of the litigation is the hemophiliac medicine, called Factor VIII concentrate, which is used to stop or prevent bleeding in people with blood- clotting problems. Bayer produces the product at a plant in West Berkeley.

In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Factor VIII was manufactured from plasma from as many 10,000 donors, according to the complaint. Often these donors were low-income people paid to donate plasma. Before there was a screening test to detect HIV in donated blood, thousands of hemophiliacs were infected and developed AIDS.

Bayer and the three other companies paid $600 million in 1997 to settle cases filed in the United States on behalf of hemophiliacs infected in the early 1980s.

Wonder who the other companies were?

Just putting the food with drugs under one umbrella. Like a new tree in the forest. A GMO infested growth towering high and covering the sky.
