My husband loves those things!
I had a bad bout of Diverticulitus several years ago, and was told not to eat anything with seeds in it. They seem to have improved my colon problems considerably.

My sister told me that there's something about the jelly coat that they form, when they're suspended in liquid that makes them beneficial for this
