This Equality Act extends federal protections to include sexual orientation, gender identity, and pregnancy, i.e. abortion.

The Act also expands the definition of public accommodations to include places or establishments that provide
(1) exhibitions, recreation, exercise, amusement, gatherings, or displays;
(2) goods, services, or programs;
(3) transportation services.”

Reps. Susan Brooks (Ind.)
Mario Diaz-Balart (Fla.)
Brian Fitzpatrick (Pa.) <---- I've noticed this guy's name on the wrong side of a lot of issues
Will Hurd (Texas)
John Katko(N.Y.)
Tom Reed (N.Y.)
Elise Stefanik (N.Y.)
Greg Walden (Ore.).

For too long, conversations surrounding America’s LGBTQ community have focused on “tolerance.”
But tolerance is a condescending word.
As we pass the #EqualityAct today, we take pride in this community and all they have & will achieve.

Today House Democrats voted to eliminate women as a protected class under the Civil Rights Act.
They voted to effectively end Title IX.
They voted to abolish conscience rights.
They voted to end religious freedom as we know it.
They voted to strip parents of their fundamental right to direct the upbringing of their children.

This is something I pointed out about Gay Marriage. The Supreme Court had already ruled that (Under Title IX) when you give out College Athletic Scholarships, you must make sure there is 1 Man + 1 Woman. If you could consider that in giving out scholarships, then why must you NOT consider it when giving out Marriage Licenses?

But of course, the Trannies playing women sports blew all of that out of the water, and the D's have gone full on ape-shit crazy over it. So...how can Republicans not exploit this fact: Democrats don't believe there are 'women' (it's a social construct), so how can they make laws based on that they exist?

The Dems are a mess of factions now, controlled by an elite that wants Corporatist Socialism.
Every one of those traitor Repugs needs to be fired, along with the scum on the left.
Just like the way the Dems are the most racist, they are the ones spreading the conflict about sex.

Most people are "live and let live as long as you stay out of my face" - as it should be.

Dems are like "I'm going to sit on your face and make you like it or punish you with fines and jail time".

There is an anti-christian elite that is about 10% Homosexual that pushes this.

Didn't start cussing.like that until older, but beside the point. (I have tried to make an effort not to so fucking much for the sake of my grandkids)
Much of this is a timely pushback and doubling down as more and more states are passing laws similar to the "heartbeat" law. Nothing fucks with the left more than abortion. Sad but true.

Mario Diaz-Balart's district is much of southwestern Miami-Dade County, including the city of Hialeah, and much of the northern portion of the Everglades.

He was Democrat (Before 1985) and now Republican (1985–present)

I consider him a Demonrat using the GOP as a cover.
