I loved the cinnamon one, but every time I used it, I got so sick.
Didn't make the connection immediately, but I did, and did a bit of research, never touched it again.
It's pure chemicals, dangerous additives, and Powdered cows hooves.

I'll get to instant cup O noodles in a bit.

I don't eat seafood. I do eat meat, I'm a sucker for a steak, bacon, or a big fat burger occasionally but more often than not my dinner is meat free. I eat roasted veggies a few times a week. I love my salads and my fruit.

I use heavy cream in my iced coffee. No powdered stuff. I don't like it.

It seems like everything is poison.

I do eat garbage sometimes, I have a weakness for sugar, fat, carbs, but I love healthy foods, not because they're healthy but because I like the taste. I struggle with food though..most of it doesn't appeal to me, I eat very little most of the time. Probably a good thing considering most of it is crap anyway. You couldn't pay me to eat seafood these days.

Ramen noodles..my 21 yr old loves that stuff, I have warned her time and again how dangerous it is. It's so unhealthy. She has finally started to ween herself off of it.

The meats must be organic.
Really organic.
The FDA, under Obama of course , lowered organic standards, so almost any shit coukd be labeled "organic".

For meat, and dairy, to be completely non toxic,  you really need to buy direct from a small organic Co OP/farm.

Mears today are so full of steroids, hormones and antibiotics etc, that children eating it all, are going into puberty while under age ten.
How can this be good?
FDA guidelines make it so animals that have been pumped full of this shit, while being fed gmo shit, for YEARS, can be labeled "organic" if they have not received any of these components, for a mere 2 weeks.
TWO WEEKS SHIT FREE=ORGANIC

Can we honestly believe that all of the garbage they've been pumped full of, is out of their system now?
Nope.
It's a huge joke, and the joke is on us.

The meat at the store is scary.

I was showing my daughter the difference between good meat and bad meat. She's a chicken lover, loves chicken breasts in particular and she gets all excited over the monstrous breasts in the store, I told her, they aren't supposed to be that huge, and then I showed what a good breast should look like. She was disappointed with the size. Chuckle

Wait, did you just say you have a 21 year old kid....?
Dammmnnnn girl... I'd never have guessed that...

Lmao Yep. I sure do. I started early, at 23. It's weird to me too. I still feel like a kid but I have an adult child in college. Freaks me out sometimes. Chuckle
Quote:They found that within just six hours, billions of particles that were 250 nm, or about 0.000025 mm, had become lodged in the intestines of scallops, while even smaller pieces had made their way into other body parts, including their kidneys, gonads, muscles and gills.

But you don't eat those parts?

I'm totally addicted to International Delight creamer with the scoop of ice cream on the label.  I'm drinking some right now.  I know it's horrible because it's expiration date is like 6 months out.

Here's the ingredients...

Most food is edible, what they don't say is whether it will kill you or not, maybe today or maybe in 30 years, not much is sacred or safe anymore, even the wild life is not as safe as it once was, i personally believe they have deliberately allowed stuff into the wilds for that reason.
PLASTICS........the bane of my existence on this planet.
I found WOODEN clothes pins today.......48 for $!.

Just imagine the source of the seafoods at a place like "Red Lobster."

When you're mostly "off the grid", there's not too much concern for a chemical diet. But this fresh stuff I buy spoils quicker due to the lack of chems.

I confess, I will wait for my wife to kill and prep one of our free-range chickens. Yeah3

Those creamers do taste good. I don't drink regular coffee though so I don't use them.

I like the international delights iced coffee. It's garbage I know but it tastes good. Chuckle

My wife likes Coffemate French vanilla fat free for her coffee. I wouldn't touch that stuff with a 10' pole. I only use spider milk based on @PinkInside recommendations. Chuckle
