This is great. I hope they win!

Radical plan to split California into three states earns spot on November ballot

If a majority of voters who cast ballots agree, a long and contentious process would begin for three separate states to take the place of California, with one primarily centered around Los Angeles and the other two divvying up the counties to the north and south.

Three states will get us better infrastructure, better education and lower taxes,”

Which part will be red? That's the part I will spend my money at.
The State of Stupidity.
The State of Confusion.
The State of Despair.
Kind of split on this. This can also create more tyrants running things in CA. Would be easier to root out the vermin, then create more. Divide/Conquer. Its like we are giving the assholes who ruined everything a free ride.
In the initiative’s introductory passage, Draper argues that “vast parts of California are poorly served by a representative government dominated by a large number of elected representatives from a small part of our state, both geographically and economically.”

I'll say, look who some of those reps are- Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff,Ted Lieu,Jackie Speier, etc!

I don't live there but it seems to me there are a lot of positives to it. Just my opinion.

So you agree that this concept might work?
I doubt anything changes but I'd be happy to see this. From Napa north though for me.

The bay area can join the others.

I'm going to invade and seize Carmel though.

A lot of people don't know much about Sacramento. In 2002 Time magazine rated it as the most diverse city in America, which is a hard thing to quantify.

But we are different here than the bay, which is also different from the LA or southern part of the state.
Fell bad for San Diego in that cut out, "Southern California" will be a hell hole.
