What do you do to relieve stress, relax, zone or zen-out?  Is it a spiritual practice, exercise, ritual, drug or substance, behavior or something else (or a combination of these)?  How often do you do find you need to do this or that which centers you or brings the stress and fear level down, and what happens if you're unable do said stress-reductive activities or spiritual practice (or is this something you even have to do at all)?  Do you wish you were more open to other ways of stress-reduction, or curious about other practices or techniques, et cetera?
